Repair due diligence
We are not a real estate broker and not a contractor. A repair range belongs on a card only after Darin supplies it, with the location or ZIP, the material, the scope, and the size the range refers to. The label is his input, not a contractor quote, and not a local bid we collected.
Darin's example, and only an example: a $5,000 purchase plus a $6,000 roof is $11,000 before other costs. That pair of numbers is hypothetical. It is not the researched price of any home on these pages, and it is not a quote for a Florida ZIP.
Floor area is not roof area. A 1,080 square foot listing does not tell you the roof squares, the pitch, or the layers. Unknown structural damage stays unknown. We do not invent a roofer's price to fill the blank.
What we record, when we have it: asking price, sourced repair ranges, known fees such as a published land lease, and the unknowns. Ad contradictions stay visible. A line that says "completely updated" does not survive five stated roof leaks. If the ad disagrees with itself, the card says so instead of averaging the two claims.
The store lists the kinds of materials a repair might use. Nothing there has a price or an affiliate code until a real product page is in hand. Mobile home store · Is it a good buy?
Send a lead
Send the details below through the same lead relay used on our other sites. It goes to the business inbox until a DC-approved broker is in place. No broker has that label yet. A relay reply is not proof the inbox received it, and it does not schedule a callback or record a call.
Call Now uses the same line as our other sites. This page does not promise a recording, a return call, or a broker assignment.
